naynay asked:
if people are getting help with their mortgages now, is’nt the government going to give the people who have lost their home already some kind of credit ease, there were over 100,000 homes in Kansas alone, think about it these peoples credit was greatly effected, that means we have over 100,000 house holds, children, parents, grandparents that are homeless that can’t rent anything that goes off credit, so does anyone know how i might get a home to rent or a loan with a foreclosure as of 9mo. ago? please help.

Where can I find some easy to get scholarships?
-The Lazy One- asked:
I was told that there are billions of dollars of scholarship money left over every year. I’ve been on fastweb and tried searching for scholarships, but hell, they’re not easy to get. I would love to know of any unknown scholarships to apply for… I’m in need for tuition and dorming money because I start college summer term and my state scholarship doesn’t pay for summer and I just found that out recently. I know financial aid does help cover most of my tuition, but I would love to help my parents out with any scholarships I can get for dorming, books, and perhaps personal use. If I can help it, I don’t want to take a loan of any kind.

Please inform me of any scholarships that are pretty easy to get… I don’t care how much they’re giving out, even if it’s 5 dollars.. money is money! Thanks in advance!
By the way, I live in Florida, if you guys know of any local/state scholarships. Thanks!
Personal finances?
Rita asked:
I’m 22 and am just out of school. I’ve never had a very good control over my finances and would like any tips to help with budgeting, lowering spending habits, easy ways to keep track of spending habits, etc. I don’t want to have to pay for any of it though. Sorry, if you are going to send me to some site that will say here we’ll show you how for $30 a month I don’t want to hear from you. I want to know how to get myself out of debt so when i start paying college loans in june i’ll have a better grip on covering my expenses and being able to save up so i can move out of my parents’ house. Thanks, in advance.

Will money in a saving account help you qualify for a mortgage loan?
colorofthesky717 asked:
I’m hoping to purchase a house this year. However, I only qualify for a mortgage loan of about $80,000 (because I only make $27,000 a year, my credit source is actually quite high). I’m hoping to buy a house around the $130,000 area. My mortgage broker says I could get an FHA loan of higher amount if I have my parents co-sign the mortgage but my parents are not willing to co-sign. However, they are willing to give me a short term loan of $8,000. If I have this amount of money in my savings, will it increase the amount of mortgage loan I qualify for?
