if a person is sued by a auto loan company. Can they seize a safety deposit box?

I was sued by a yellow page ad and a auto loan company cause i could not pay because i lost my job.
They both sued me and they won.. can they put a hold on my safety deposit box? I have a wonderful diamond ring of my mothers.
I thought only a Government agency could take the content of a saftey deposit box.

How do you to put a loan for a business in writing carry out a lawsuit if it goes into default?

Pebble asked:

Hello, I am selling my business to a family member who I don’t trust. She has an itch for gambling and is prone to not pay any loans. She has placed me in a situation where I am forced to sell my business to only her.

I want to do a owner financing sort of deal. I plan to let her get the business for $25k with no money down but with monthly payments due. Late fees are $50, plus $5 for each day that passes for each particular payment accordingly. The default will be 3 months of late payments. I plan to let her sign for each payment she gives me on a paper for records.

If she cheat me or go into default, I want to take her to court. But I am unfamiliar with this lawsuit business.

Main Question:
What are the steps to get all this in writing and how to carry out a lawsuit if necessary?

Such concerns include:
Can I write a loan statement personally or have it professionally made notarized?
If suing, do I have to go to a lawyer or can I go file into small suit.
What happens to her if she is guilty? Does she have to quickly come up with the remainder of the loan?

I don’t want to end up with the business back into my hands again.
