Does anyone know a private money lender in manila?

I am looking for a private money lender in Manila, Philippines who does not work for any bank or financial institution. I cannot go through all the red tape associated with traditional loans as my job involves online marketing and I dont have the usual prrof of income statements etcetc required by banks and institutions. I am looking for someone who can keep my cars OR/CR as collaterla and lend me 100k in cash who I can meet every month to pay interest.
