Is there a government refinance assistance program available?
I have decent income and credit, but not a good home mortgage. I want to refinance but my loan is above the market’s value, and my loan is not with Fannie Mae nor Freddie Mac.
Is there any government program that will get me a loan without mortgage insurance?
I checked out MakingHomeAffordable.gov, and the site says, I don’t quality for any of the available options. Any other suggestions?

Yeah i was going to just attend college and then join the military with student loans, but i heard the military actually has a good film programs…although i know recruiters arent always exactly honest…iam 17 btw.

Need a loan for bad credit?

where can i refinance my horrific ARM to a fixed rate mortgage with no regard to my D- credit rating 75k ann $
i need obviously non-traditional funding for refi my horendous ARM, unfortuneately, i have been snagged in the high debt credit trap and my fico score looms around 440 which equates i believe to a D on the new scale. The upside; i only have a first mortgage on my 200K property, i have a relatively good ann. sal of 75K job security (9 yrs.). please help !!!
