Should I get home improvement loan or refinance with cash out?
Lola asked:
I want to refinance my home to take advantage of lower interests rates. I also want to renovate my house since it has severe structural problems.

Should I refinance and get cash out to use for home improvement or should I refinance without cash out and get a separate home improvement loan?
What is the difference between the two scenarios?
Where can I get a good online loan of 500$?
Justin_Case asked:
I’m looking for a loan of 500$ online and I’ve clicked lots of website but they’re all being idiots. They’re putting me through too much trouble and stuff. And some don’t even seem legit. They also ask for my works phone number, I work at McDonald’s and make $500 at least a month. I just need some extra cash for my school shopping. I don’t want them calling my job and asking for reference and all that BS. Does anyone know where I could just provide some necessary info and just get my loan without any stupid drama? Any recomendations?
